Gary Brent Swanson is a dynamic motivational speaker, teacher, trainer, writer and leader. He is the author and creator of “18-57: Decide Right² Now and Shape Your Future”, a concept that teaches young adults decision-making skills. Realizing young adults age 13-18 face challenges and obstacles every day, “18-57” candidly, yet practically addresses our young adults about the decisions they make when faced with such topics as sex, teen pregnancy/parenting, drugs/alcohol, and peer pressure and how those decisions impact their future.

Throughout his military career while traveling worldwide, Gary organized and led numerous marriage conferences. He is currently promoting his book, based on his program: “The Relationship Perfect Square: A Couple’s Conversation”, which offers advice on how to effectively communicate four critical subjects most couples encounter at some point during their relationship: Roles and Responsibilities, Sex, Finances, and Family.

During Gary’s 20 years of service, he earned the Academy’s 2009 EMPE Noncommissioned Officer of the Year Award for all of Europe. He counseled and gave advice to over 500 military and civilian members on personal and professional issues.

Gary is a naturally gifted public speaker and enjoys utilizing practical concepts to mentor our young adults, encouraging them to make the right decisions for their future in order to become tomorrow’s leaders. He is also passionate about teaching leadership and life skills to adults that will help improve both their professional and personal lives.
